Absolutely not. Please refrain from taking photos or videos during your cleaning appointment. We want to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone. Also, as previoiusly mentioned, a strict Mutual NDA will be signed and this will include any images/videos as well as information. If you are caught taking photos, videos, or any type of recording (even voice), the cleaning session will immediately end and you will NOT receive a refund. You will also be black-listed from being able to order another cleaning service from us.

At the time of your booking, you will be asked if you prefer Lacey use your cleaning supplies, or whether you would prefer she bring her own. For example, some people can only use certain cleaning products on high-end, luxury furniture, and anything of that nature would need to be noted when making the appointment. Also, for any one who prefers that Lacey cleans with your products, there is a list of suggested cleaning supplies that we will send you to ensure you have the proper items for a successful cleaning.

Absolutely not. Under no circumstances are you permitted to make physical contact with your maid. Any physical contact will result in the immediate termination of your appointment without a refund. This policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.

To protect our Model Muse Maids and process payments, we require certain essential details. This includes, but is not limited to, your credit card information, phone number, billing address, and the appointment location. Please have a valid photo ID ready to present upon the Model Muse Maid's arrival.

If the client fails to provide a valid identification that matches the name on the reservation upon the Lacey's arrival, the appointment will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Our Model Muse Maids arrive wearing everyday attire and typically bring a change of clothes. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to present your identification for verification. Once confirmed, you can acquaint your Model Muse Maid with your home and provide a designated area for them to change. This would be a good time to discuss any specific needs or answer any questions you or the Maid may have. Your Maid will then proceed with the scheduled cleaning.

Lacey and/or Model Muse Maids are known for their friendly personalities, love of music and dancing, and dedication to providing a sparkling clean home. To be clear, NONE of our maids provide sexual services.

Please inform us in advance if anyone else will be present during the appointment. Unapproved gatherings or parties will result in immediate cancellation of the service without a refund.

At this time, I am currently serving within about a 35 mile radius from the red dot on the map below. That covers parts of the following counties: Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange County. All special requests must be brought up and negotiated while booking the appointment. There will be no last minute negotiations taking place once the maid has already arrived at your home.

Prepayment through one of the following methods are required for all appointments before a maid is dispatched to your home or office: Credit or debit card online, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. However, cash tips for the maid are welcome.
